AKUNGBA-AKOKO, ONDO STATE — August 24, 2026 — Happiness Fits, a Nigerian fashion and lifestyle brand, is making a bold promise to campus shoppers: free delivery, free socks, and zero stress. The company today unveiled its new operational model designed to eliminate the common headaches of online apparel shopping—hidden fees, poor communication, and slow delivery—by putting customer convenience at the center of its logistics.
Co-Managing Partner and Head of Operations Ajayi Olumide, who architected the new system, said the model is built around the brand’s tagline: “Look Good With Zero Stress.” The initiative comes as the brand expands its presence across Nigerian campuses, with a focus on student-friendly service.
“Customer experience is not an afterthought at Happiness Fits; it is the core of our operational strategy,” said Olumide. “We recognize that students operate on tight schedules and strict budgets. By eliminating extra delivery charges and adding thoughtful, tangible value to every package, we are setting a new standard for how retail fashion brands interact with young consumers.”
The new model includes four key pillars: free doorstep delivery across Akungba-Akoko, complimentary streetwear socks and a personalized thank-you card with every order, optimized logistics for nationwide shipping, and real-time customer support via a dedicated WhatsApp community.
Olumide, who oversees the brand’s ground operations from its Akungba hub, said the strategy is designed to address the most common complaints students have when shopping for clothes online. “We heard the frustration: hidden costs, late deliveries, and no one to talk to when something goes wrong,” he explained. “Our response is a system that prioritizes transparency, speed, and a personal touch.”
Under the new delivery framework, all orders placed within the Akungba-Akoko area are delivered to the customer’s doorstep at no extra charge. Each package includes a pair of stylish streetwear socks—a signature Happiness Fits style staple—and a handwritten thank-you card, a detail Olumide says helps build a connection with young customers.
For orders outside the local area, the company has upgraded its waybill systems to ensure faster, safer shipping across Nigeria. The brand also launched a WhatsApp community where customers can get real-time updates, ask questions, and provide feedback directly to the team.
Olumide said the model is scalable and will be replicated as Happiness Fits expands to more higher institutions over the next two to five years. “We’re building a foundation that allows us to grow without compromising on service,” he said. “Every new campus hub will operate with the same commitment to zero-stress delivery and premium customer care.”
The announcement comes as Nigeria’s fashion e-commerce sector grows, but students often face barriers like high delivery fees and unreliable logistics. Happiness Fits aims to differentiate itself by making the shopping experience as smooth as possible.
“We want students to feel confident ordering from us, knowing they’ll get exactly what they need, on time, and without surprise costs,” Olumide said. “That’s what zero stress means to us.”
Happiness Fits, co-founded by Oluwabunmi and Ajayi Olumide, is based at 24 Ibaka Quarter, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State. The brand offers high-quality, stylish, and affordable apparel for students and young adults.
