AKUNGBA-AKOKO, ONDO STATE — August 25, 2026 — Happiness Fits, a new apparel startup, has established its primary operational base at 24 Ibaka Quarter in Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State. The company, which began operations on August 1, 2026, is co-founded by Oluwabunmi and Ajayi Olumide. It offers casual fashion apparel and localized delivery services tailored to university students and residents across the Akoko region.
The venture was created to address the clothing accessibility gap for young adults seeking apparel that fits student budgets. From its Akungba-Akoko facility, Happiness Fits distributes a diverse range of everyday streetwear, including graphic t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, denim jeans, caps, and lifestyle accessories.
“Akungba-Akoko serves as the core distribution hub for our commercial operations,” said Oluwabunmi, Co-Founder of Happiness Fits. “Our objective is to build a structured local supply model that ensures university students and area residents have steady access to everyday fashion apparel without unexpected shipping delays or extra expenses.”
The company’s operational framework includes several key components: local door-to-door delivery within Akungba-Akoko; a student ambassador program offering marketing and operational roles for university students; itemized packaging with complimentary accessories and customer documentation included in every order; and regional logistics using standard waybill transport for customers outside the immediate area.
Beyond its retail services, Happiness Fits plans to maintain its main operational base in Akungba-Akoko while expanding its logistics network and product distribution to additional tertiary institutions across Ondo State over the next five years.
