At Lenos Designs, we strive to deliver high-quality digital design assets with speed and precision. This policy outlines how we deliver your files and how we handle refund requests.
1.1 Digital Delivery Only All services provided by Lenos Designs are 100% digital. No physical products will be shipped to your address. Deliverables (such as Figma files, Framer links, or image assets) are sent directly to the email address provided at checkout or via a secure download link.

1.3 Client Delays Our delivery timers start once we have received all necessary assets (logos, copy, images) from you. Delays in providing these assets or feedback may extend the final delivery date.
2.1 Before Work Begins If you change your mind and request a cancellation before our team has started working on your project, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
2.2 After Work Begins Due to the custom nature of digital design work, we generally do not offer refunds once the design process has commenced. Resources and time have already been allocated to your project.
2.3 Satisfaction & Revisions If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we offer revisions as part of your package (typically 2 rounds). We will work with you to refine the design until it meets the project scope.
